In the most incredible way, as I was in there for an oil change they discovered a more serious problem with my vehicle... instead of suggesting they fix it on the spot and convincing me this was a problem to be felt with right away, they did the most amazing thing... they recommended I call a Ford dealership to see if my newly purchased 2016 truck was still under warranty so that I could get it fixed for free! When have you ever heard of a mechanic shop give you advice that doesn’t benefit them?! They were professional and truly won me over with how kind they were with my daughter who was along for the oil change. I found my San Diego mechanics. I’m still blown away.
